RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn or used and have the original tags still attached. On receiving your returned item we will gladly send you at your request a replacement garment if it’s available or refund your full money on first shopping with us. Next purchase onwards we will refund your full purchase price excluding the postage fee.
Non-refundable Postage fee from 2nd purchase:
Please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
BLACK PLUM cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects (detailed further below), after this period.
RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS
All sale items are "final sale". We do accept size exchanges on sale item and offer full refund if size doesn't fit considering you return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order and in original condition. No refund is given for change of mind on Sale items.
